Dr Tarun Sahni is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College following which he served the Indian Navy for over a decade and took voluntary release to pursue his aspirations. He then worked in the UK and UAE prior to coming back to India to establish India’s first private hyperbaric treatment center at the Apollo Hospital Delhi in the year 2000 - which he currently heads. Dr Sahni is known as the “father of modern hyperbaric medicine in India” and has over 25 publications and chapters in books. For this contribution to education and research in the field of Diving & Hyperbaric Medicine, he has been conferred the title of “Adjunct Professor‟ by the Apollo Hospital & Educational Research Foundation. He also has a mention in Limca book of records in 2000.

Dr Puneet Singh has over 25 Years of experience in the healthcare arena both in the Indian Navy Medical Services and post retirement. He is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College and has done Basic, Middle and Senior medical management courses in the defense services.
He is a post graduate in Aerospace Medicine, Bangalore. He has a wholesome overview on a wide range of positions in the Navy – strategic, advisory and operational.

Mr Jai Singh is a senior technologist, a trained nurse cum diver from Indian Navy with more than 25 years of experience behind him. He is currently engaged in active practice in all three areas of hyperbaric medicine – clinical hyperbaric oxygen, diving medicine and compressed air works.

Dr Shweta Gupta (PT) is a certified physiotherapist and a diploma in Clinical Research and has been actively involved as a research coordinator in Clinical Trials conducted at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital and other research activities in the hyperbaric department. She has an excellent understanding of hyperbaric Medicine and has many presentations and publications to her credit. She has developed various proformas, evaluation forms, treatment protocols for patients undergoing hyperbaric therapy.

Ms Sapna Verma is a post graduate in biotechnology and holds a diploma in Clinical Research and has been actively involved as a research coordinator in Clinical Trials conducted at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital and other research activities in the hyperbaric department. With experience in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the current focus is on designing guidelines teaching programs in the field of hyperbaric medicine.
